Whistleblower Reporting

BlockSettle AB is committed to ethical business conduct. If you become aware of suspected misconduct, illegal activity, or serious irregularities within BlockSettle AB, you are encouraged to report it.


Legal Framework

This reporting channel is established in accordance with the Swedish Whistleblower Act (lag 2021:890 om skydd för personer som rapporterar om missförhållanden), which implements EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

What Can Be Reported
  • • Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing
  • • Breaches of payment services regulation
  • • Fraud or financial crime
  • • Serious breaches of internal policies or procedures
  • • Conduct that may harm customers or the integrity of the financial system

How to Report

Reports may be submitted by email to the dedicated whistleblower address below. You may report anonymously.

External Reporting

You may also report directly to competent authorities:


Protection for Reporters
  • • Reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
  • • The identity of the reporter will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
  • • Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited.
  • • Protection applies regardless of whether the reported information ultimately proves correct, provided the report was made in good faith.
Anonymous Reports

Anonymous reports are accepted. However, providing contact information enables us to follow up and request clarification if needed.


Handling of Reports

All reports are reviewed by a designated responsible person. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and provide feedback on the outcome within 3 months where possible.

Records of reports are retained for 5 years in accordance with the Whistleblower Act.
