Internal Complaint Handling

BlockSettle AB has established procedures for handling complaints that ensure an independent, objective and correct review.

Complaints are handled by a designated function that is organisationally separate from the business to which the complaint relates, to the extent proportionate to the size and organisation of the business.

  • • All complaints are registered and documented
  • • Complaints are investigated based on available information and relevant circumstances
  • • Decisions on complaints are reasoned and documented
  • • Identified shortcomings are used as a basis for improving internal processes and procedures

BlockSettle AB continuously analyses received complaints to identify systematic shortcomings and reduce the risk of recurring problems.
